Well it looks like winter is here, at least for a bit. As we roll into the season of snow and ice, we’d like to ask a favor of you. It’s not a big deal, but it will really help us out, and it will help you out as well! We’re going to ask that on those snowy, icy days, that you don’t wear your WOD shoes during your travels to the gym. Why? Because the shoes that you love because they’re so perfect for lifting, jumping, running, squating, climbing, and everything else we do are also great for tracking in snow and ice melt and getting it all over the floor. We work hard to keep the gym reasonably clean for you guys, winter is by far the hardest time of year for that so we’re going to try this strategy out!

With that, please consider carrying your shoes to the gym. You can even leave em in the cubbies if you like. It will help us keep the floor clean and you’ll get way better performance from your kicks during the WODs. If you happen to forget, you’ve probably noticed the extra long mat we added near the door way. Please wipe those things clean before heading out onto the gym floor! Thanks for your help!!
