Max Burpees
Rest 2:00 between rounds
This is a variation from the Mainsite. You’ll have 1:00 to hit the deadlifts and shuttle sprint. With the remaining time you’ll do burpees. Score will be total burpees for the 10 rounds. Who loves programmed rest?!

Hey my favorite CrossFitters! It’s that time of year again. That time to share the love to kiddos in need in Fort Collins. Dolls for Daughters/Toys for Boys is a non-profit I represent and Evolve has graciously accepted to be a drop-off location for it’s third year now. Please spread the word to friends and acquaintances as this is open to the public, not strictly Evolvers. The donations must be NEW and UNWRAPPED for boys or girls ages 0-18 (teen-agers are mostly overlooked). These can be as simple as a $1 stocking stuffer.
