Here’s a little Thanksgiving Teamwork inspired by a SEALFit grinder!

In teams of 2 complete the following:

Run 800m

75 Ring Rows

Run 400m

75 Flutter Kicks

Run 200m

75 Box Jump-Overs, 24″/20″

Run 400m

75 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

Run 800m

Team members will run together. For the other movements, only 1 person works at a time and reps are total for the team.

Today we’re thankful for lots of things…like having good friends to spot us!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Please note our schedule change for today: we’ll only have the 9 and 10am WOD and the 11am Open Gym today. But you know this because when you went to sign up in MindBody you saw it there, right?!

Today’s WOD is a teamwork WOD. This will allow us to accommodate all of you who want to throw down before they get their holiday feast on. It will also give us a chance to be thankful for our partner when they’re chipping away at the reps while we get to rest!

We’re thankful to all of you guys who are a part of our community. Thanks for your trust and we hope you have a fantastic day with your friends and families!
