In Teams of 3 complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

Row 25 Cal

25 Burpees

25 Weighted Step-ups, 45#/25#

25 Push press, 95#/65#

25 Back Squats, 95#/65#

Attack the reps however you like. The only rules are that all 25 reps must be completed before moving on to the next movement and only 1 person can work at a time.
