Some of you may have seen something this week on the ol’ interweb about the Iron Triathlon. I didn’t know what it was but because google is a good friend I was quickly able to figure it out. Now, I will say that this was probably on FB months ago and most of you already knew what it was. Sorry if I’m late and shame on you for not telling me about this madness. So anyway, here it is. It’s Deadlifts at 1.5x your body weight, Bench Press at 1x your body weight, and Cleans at .75x your body weight. For those of you who have been around for a while, you might recognize this as the workout Linda. You’d be right. Except that instead of going 10-1 with these movements, for the Iron Triathlon is 1-20 reps. Sound insane? Yes, it is. So who’s in?!
