Today we’ll go over some progressions and spend some time working through them. There will be muscle-ups in tomorrow’s WOD, today you’ll work on what you will use for the workout tomorrow. If you have muscle-ups, you’ll complete 4 sets. Don’t go to failure, just get some work linking reps together each set.
