The Hopper

That’s right friends, today we’re doing a team hopper WOD. Each person will write a movement on a card and it will be placed in the bucket. We’ll draw from the bucket to come up with the basis for the WOD. The coaches who are there will come to a consensus for how the WOD is structured (AMRAP, for time, etc) and the loads to be used. Here’s your chance….love double-unders? Put it on your card. How about rope climbs? Yep, throw it in there. Hate burpees? See if you can campaign your friends to not put it in there.
