We’ll divide the entire group to make even teams. As a team complete:

Part 1:

400m Weighted Walk, 135#/95#

For this the bar will be carried on the back rack position and can’t touch the ground for the entire 400m. You can switch as often as needed. Only one person may carry at a time, but all can help during the switchover.

Part 2:

Complete for time relay style:

21 – 15 – 9

Overhead Squat, 115#/75# (or scaled)


This is one from the CrossFit Team Series. Each person has to do 21, 15, and 9 reps of both. However, as a twist each team can decide how to approach it…either each person does the entire rep scheme, then tags out, or each team member does the 21s, then each does the 15s, and so on. Whatever you think.

Scaling options will be plentiful so don’t sweat it!
