Loredo

Complete 6 rounds for time of:

24 Squats

24 Push-ups

24 Walking Lunges

Run 400m

Are you tired of hearing about volume? Sorry not sorry. So today we approach 150 reps. Especially with push-ups, this will be way too many if you haven’t been at this for a while or if you haven’t been performing push-ups regularly. Feel free to start the rounds as RX. If your start to fail early on in the set, that’s a pretty good indication that it’s time to pull back. The coaches will help monitor this, but you’re also responsible for your training. If you’re not sure, ask!

OK all you Evolve mountain bikers, we’ve talked about it for a while, now it’s time to do it! On Sunday, August 24th we’re gonna load up and head to Curt Gowdy State Park in Wyoming for a morning of riding. I doubt anyone will be ripping off front flips like in the video above, but it should still be a good time!

We’ll meet at Evolve around 8am, pack up the bikes, and head north to Laramie, then east to the park. Adam C has organized this trip for us and has the low down on the good trails up there. Riders of all abilities are welcome so pump up the tires and fill up your water bottles, it’s going to be fun. Hit myself or Adam up with any questions. We hope to see you there.
