In teams of 2 complete:

4:00 Row (cal)

4:00 50′ Sled Push, 180#/135#

4:00 Sled Rope Pull, 135#/90#

4:00 Max 50m Shuttle Sprint

4:00 Max Tire Flip + Jump Through

4:00 Max Double-unders

There will be up to 2 teams at each station. In the 4:00, accumulate as many reps as possible. Only 1 team member may work at a time. At the end of the 4:00 we’ll have a BRIEF break where you can record your score on the board, then teams will rotate to the next station and it will be 3 – 2- 1…Go!

An important note: We have to be at DIA for the plane pull at 11am. The warm-up will start right at 9:00, the WOD will start right at 9:15 so those who are going to pull a jet for time can get there! Saturday is a day where many people show up late. If you do today, it’ll be a hassle so please arrive on-time. Thanks!!!
