Today a power clean is acceptable. As with last week’s WODs, it will be important for you to scale today’s work as appropriate. For those who are beat up from rope climbs last week, don’t continue to irritate those areas. The sub will be 30 pull-ups.

That’s a pretty awesome group, right? That there is the Evolve and Friends Plane Pull Team. We had a blast at DIA on Saturday! The crew pulled the jet 12 feet in 7.2 seconds, which was about middle of the pack. However, and as you can clearly see from the picture above, we won the Most Team Spirit Award for the event. While doing today’s WOD, try not to get distracted by our sweet trophy proudly displayed in the gym!
A huge thanks to Jeff for organizing the whole thing. And a special congratulations to Molly V for raising $1,750 herself for the Special Olympics. This event was more than about having fun and pulling a jet, it was to raise money for the Special Olympics Colorado, and the team brought in $2,680. Way to go guys!
