In teams of 2 complete the following:

Run 1 Mile

150 Burpees (partners alternate each rep)

400m Sled Drag, 135#/95# (partners alternate at least once during the 400m)

150 Ball slams, 40#/30# (partners alternate every 5 reps)

Run 1 Mile
