Mark your calendars…on Saturday July 19th following the WOD we’ll be having a nutrition talk. This time I won’t be alone, our very own Ashley A is going to share her knowledge on the subject with you as well as talk about what she’s learned during her nutritional journey. We’re excited about this because we’ll get to have a woman’s perspective on the subject! This talk’s focus will be heavy on food quality and how to make it work for you and your schedule.
