Today we wrap up the percentage work we’ve been doing on the snatch courtesy of Catalyst Athletics. You’ll see today that we work on some double followed by singles with a finish written as 90+%. Here’s the deal…if things are feeling good, you get to go for a new PR today. We will warm up quickly and give you as much time as possible. Understand that we still have the conditioning work to do, so unlimited attempts are not an option. However, there should be plenty of time for you to give it a try.

If you’re new to the snatch and you’re still working on getting the fundamentals down, that’s what you’ll continue to do today. We’ll keep working on that technique, and if things are clicking and looking good, we’ll put a little more weight on the bar and see where it goes. See you in there!
