In teams of 4 complete as many rounds as possible in 18:00 of the following:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
250m Row (pacer)
Push Press, 95#/65#
Ring Rows
Back Squat, 135#/95#
While the first person rows 250m, each of the team members will accumulate reps at each station. When the row is done, athletes will rotate and the pattern will continue.
