In teams of 2 complete the following:
40 Power Clean and Jerk
80 Wall balls, 20#/14#
30 Power Clean and Jerk
60 Toes-to-bar
20 Power Clean and Jerk
40 Box jumps, 30″/24″ (step down only)
This one was inspired by a workout Rich Froning posted this week. For his workout the clean and jerk got up to 245# and the last movement was muscle-ups. Figured we’d tame it a little bit!
You and your partner select the clean weight. Look at the number of reps you’re going to be doing and keep it manageable. As always, those who are newer need to scale the volume. Talk with your coach about it!
