In teams of 3 to 4 complete max reps at each of the following stations:
5:00 Deadlifts, 135#/95#
5:00 Shoulder-to-overhead, 95#/65# (bar can’t touch the ground during the 5:00)
5:00 Front rack step-ups, 95# – 24″/65# – 20″ (bar can’t touch the ground during the 5:00)
5:00 Partner Wheelbarrow walks, 30′
There will be 2:00 rest between stations to record score and switch up equipment.
