Week 1 of the Open is in the bag. Strong work by the Evolve crew on Friday and Sunday. As great as is it is for those who posted monster scores, the best part is all of the folks who were with us in 2011 and while just getting into CrossFit, signed up for the first ever Open. Those of you who were there showed some unbelievable improvement. Great job, and it’s an example of your consistency and hard work over the past 3 years. We appreciate you sticking with us for so long more than we can ever express to you!
