50 Toes-to-bar
40 Wall balls, 20#-10’/14#-9′
30 Cleans, 135#/95#
20 Muscle-ups
For masters 55+ Wall balls are 20#-9’/10#-9′, cleans are 115#/65#.
For the clean, a power clean is acceptable.
