In teams of 3 complete the following chipper for time:

Run 200m

125 Ground to overhead, 135#/95#

125 Box jumps, 24″/20″ (step down, no jump down today)

125 Alternating hand-release plate push-ups (45#/25#)

125 Goblet Squats, 55#/35#

125 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

125 Overhead lunges, 45#/25#

Run 200m

The runs are completed as a team, stick together. For each of the other movements, only 1 person can work at a time.

For the alternating hand release pushup, start at the top of the pushup with elbows fully extended with one hand on the plate, and one hand on the floor. Descend to the ground until both thighs and chest are on the ground. Both hands are then lifted from the ground (and plate), then with hips and shoulders rising simultaneously, the athlete will push back to the extended position. This completes one rep. At the top, alternate which hand is on the plate and which is on the floor. This alternating will occur for each rep.
