For those of you having issues with the MindBody Connect App, here is some things to try from their tech support team. Please let us know if this fixes the issues you’ve been having!
It sounds like your clients accounts haven't "synced" correctly. When they have logged into the app, they can go to the My Info tab and click on the resend verification link. They would then need to sign into their emails and follow the link in that verification email and the instructions that follow. If that doesn't fix the problem, please have them check the following; 1. Email Address matches for Main Site and Connect? 2. First Name matches for Main Site and Connect? 3. Last Name matches for Main Site and Connect? 4. Password matches for Main Site and Connect? 5. Client has visits at the Main Site before attempting to sync? 6. Client received verification email? 7. Client verified their account via the verification email/link
