In teams of 4 complete 3 rounds of:

35 Squats (pacer)

Paralette shoot-throughs

Deadlifts, 135#/95#

Plate burpees, 45#/25#

Each team members will start on a different movement. The 35 squats is the pacer. When one person finishes the squats, they will move to the shoot-throughs, that person to the deadlifts, that person to the burpees, and that person to the squats. The entire team will rotate through each of the movements 3 times, keeping track of total reps at each movement.
