In teams of 3 complete the following:

10 Shoulder to overhead, 135#/95#

15 Burpees

20 Box Jump, 24″/20″ (step off only, no rebound)

50 Double-unders

Row 20 cal

50 Double-unders

20 Box Jump, 24″/20″ (step off only, no rebound)

15 Burpees

10 Shoulder to Overhead, 135#/95#

The first team member will do the shoulder to overhead. Once they move on to the burpees, the next team member can start the shoulder to overhead. The third person will follow the second. Team members can’t move on to the next movement until their teammate in front of them has completed their reps. All team members must stay at the rower until all 3 of them have rower their 20 cal. Then they work back to the start in the same order.
