In teams of 2 complete the following:

Every Minute on the minute for 10:00 alternate between:

3 Stone-to-shoulder

10 Front rack reverse lunges

Then in 20:00 complete:

30 Partner burpees (sets of 2 per partner)

40 Ball slams, 40#/30# (switch as needed)

6 50-foot partner carry (switch as needed)

Then in 5:00 complete:

100-foot sled drag (alternate between partners)

Clear directions will be provided!!
