You’ve been squatting. You’ve been doing weird oly complexes. You’ve been snatching and cleaning from the hang. You’ve been going from the floor. You’ve been moving weight quickly. You’ve been establishing 1 RMs, 3 RMs, and 5 RMs. Today you get to see the benefit of your work. We’ll be working up to a 1RM Snatch followed by a 1RM clean and jerk. This day will yield PRs, so be prepared. You’ve done the work to be physically ready. You also need to do the work to be mentally ready.
