We did this one on Christmas Eve last year and it was a hit. Enjoy the 12 Days of Christmas with a Barbell!!!

With a barbell (95#/65#) perform the following sequence as the song is sung:

1 Deadlift

2 Hang Power Snatches

3 Front Squats

4 Shoulder Press

5 Back Squats

6 Push Presses

7 Thrusters

8 Squat Cleans

9 Push Jerks

10 Hang Power Cleans

11 Overhead Squats

12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

So it will go 1 Deadlift for the 1st day, 2 Hang Power Snatches + 1 Deadlift on the 2nd day, 3 Front Squats + 2 Hang Power Snatches + 1 Deadlift for the 3rd day, etc.
