In teams of 2 complete:

1. Max reps Overhead Squat @ bodyweight/75% body weight

Each team member must take an attempt. Time cap is 3:00 for both team members to get it done.

2. 150 Bar-over burpees

Subtract the total reps completed by both team members from 150. That’s the real number of burpees you’ll do.

3. Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

6 One arm overhead squats, 70#/55#

6 Pull-ups

6 Push-ups

6 Squats

One team member will work the AMRAP while the other does a deadlift hold @ 225/155. Work on the AMRAP can’t begin until the other partner is holding the bar.
