Break up reps and move between movements any way you want. This is a lot of volume, especially for the pull-ups. Scale the reps as needed. If you're not sure if 100 reps is doable or how to scale the reps for this, 100 reps is indeed too many so get with the coach to give you some rep and movement scheme guidance!!
