A reminder for Saturday…

The WOD will be held at Rolland Moore Park, 2201 South Shields Street and will start at 9am. More details will be posted Friday night. You'll need to bring some water, some sunscreen, and some clothes that can get a little sandy.

Following the WOD, we'll have a nutrition talk at 10:30 back at Evolve. No you don't need to go to the WOD to go to the talk, but don't you think that would be a fun way to spend a Saturday morning?! This is open to you, your friends, family, whoever you think might benefit from it. Nutrition is a huge part of your overall well being, and many don't pay nearly enought attention to it. We'll talk a bit about quality of food as in past talks, but we'll also focus on how to balance the intake of our macronutrients. Bring a chair and your questions. We hope to see you there!!
