Work up to a 3 RM

The Bear is a clean+front squat+press+back squat+press. There are many versions of this complex out there. We're cool with a squat clean to a thruster, and a behind the neck thruster out of the back squat. The coaches will have more info for you!

Complete 8 tabata rounds (:20 work/:10 rest) of each of the following:
