10 deadlifts, 135#/95#
10 pull-ups
You'll do the 10 and 10 each minute. Rest the remainder of that minute.

Hey guys, on July 4th we'll be on the holiday schedule. WODs will be 9am and 10am. Open gym will be going at 11am, but if there's folks who want to run through the WOD we'll do that as well. No 6am or afternoon WODs. Go eat BBQ, watch the fireworks, and spend some time with family and friends!
