Saturday Teamwork!

In teams of 4, complete the following work:

1. Max Front Squat in 12:00

Each team member must complete at least 1 rep. Total score is the total of all 4 lifts made. Only 1 bar will be used, so loading strategy will come into play.

2. Row

Complete as many total meters as possible in 10:00. Each member must row at least once. 

3. Complete for time:

150 Pull-ups

150 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

150 Double-unders

150 Overhead squats, 95#/65#

Chipper style, all pull-ups must be completed before moving to the KB swings, and so on. Rotate as often as needed. Time cap of 15:00 on this one!

This is basically 3 WODs. There will be a short, but reasonable transition time between 1, 2, and 3 to move and set-up equipment. Don't be late today, get in a little early to start warming up. If you show up late and miss the opportunity to get warmed up sufficiently, the front squats will punish you!
