You may have noticed the 2 new sets of technique blocks in the corner. They were hand made with love for you. These boxes are smaller than the jerk boxes, so they're easier to move. They stack 3 high and can be adjusted to fit you as needed. Because they're smaller, there's a little less margin for error. If you're going heavy, say 225# and up, please use the larger jerk boxes. Feel free to pull these out during Open gym sessions. If you've never pulled off of blocks before, please get with a coach to get the ins and outs.
