In teams of 2 or 3, complete:
5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Bench Press @ avg. bodyweight of the team
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5
Tire flips
Partener 1 will do 5 bench press, then Partner 2 will do 5 bench press, Partner 1 does 1 tire flip, Partner 2 does 1 tire flip, etc.
