The Open has been a blast for us, we hope you're digging it. One more week!

Here are some additional details for the little shin-dig on Sunday:

We'll provide all the animal based protein you can stand, plates, napkins, utensils, and everything else you might need to eat it.

We will also provide adult beverages, as well as some drinks for the kids and those who have to go to work later.

It's not required, but it would be great if you could bring a side to share. We know many of you have been doing the Whole30 this month, consider sharing some of the new recipes you've enjoyed.

Please bring camping or lawn chairs. Plyo boxes and med balls aren't the most comfortable options!

Here's an important part. If you plan on hanging out, please email Katie at kmckeon_fcwc@yahoo.com and let her know. This will help us make sure we have enough BBQ to go around. You can also get with her on the Evolve facebook page. 

We'll start things up right after the Open heats are finished. This is for everyone, so even if you're not throwing down on Sunday head over around 11am and cheer on the last heat or 2, then hang out for a while. It's going to be a blast, hope to see you there!
