Sore quads today? Yeah me too. Time to mobilize. If you're like me, the first 20 seconds on the roller or lax ball feels rough, then I end up chatting, checking emails, or whatever and the mobilizing becomes more like chill time. Lame. Check out this Again Faster video with the Trigger Point folks on working those quads out and see if you can hang.
