Work up to a 1RM. To reach the deficit, the options will include standing on the steel 45# plates or stacking the mats to reach that approximate height.
WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Walking overhead lunges, 45#/25#
10 Plate burpees, 45#/25#
Run 200m w/plate, 45#/25#
