Saturday Teamwork!

With a continuously running clock, In teams of 4 complete the following:

5:00 Max reps burpees (finish is a jump onto a 45# plate)

5:00 Max reps ground-to-overhead, 75# (both men and women use the same bar)

5:00 Max reps rope climbs

5:00 Max reps wall balls, 20#/14#

Only one person may work at a time. Goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible of each movement. Oh yeah, at the start each team will pick up a 95# barbell and will have to keep it off the ground for the entire 20 minutes. To be specific, people have to hold it. Putting it on a squat rack doesn't count. And we know more than one of you thought of this. More details will be provided!
