In teams of 3:
4:00 max handstand walk (distance).
For the handstand walk, only one person can go at a time. The total distance covered is the score. Can't walk on your hands? No problem! For those who can't, we'll sub a wheelbarrow walk.
Then, complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
30 Ring rows
30 Deficit push-ups (45# plates/25# plates)
During the 18 minutes, only one person can work at a time, but the reps are cumulative. During the rounds above, one person from the team must be rowing for total distance. When you switch out rowers is up to you, but the person can't leave the rower until someone is there to take over. Don't worry, finer points will be explained during the WOD.
