In teams of 2 complete for time:
20 Power cleans, 165#/115#
2 Rope climbs
30 Handstand push-ups (plates and ab-mat)
2 Rope climbs
40 Kettlebell swings, 70#/55#
2 Rope climbs
50 Bar-over burpees
2 Rope climbs
Run 400m
Once the 400 is finished, you'll work your way back down starting with 2 rope climbs, then burpees, rope climbs, KB swings, etc. Reps are total and can be partitioned as needed.
