Teamwork Saturday!!

In teams of 2 complete the following:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

50 Slam balls, 40#/30#

100 Double-unders

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

40 Stick jumps, 24"/18"

40 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

Row max calories

Complete as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

Burpees

For this workout, teams will move from WOD to the next with 1:00 transition between. Only one person may work at a time. How you break up reps/rounds is completely up to you!
