Abuse of tens is a real issue. Just look at the picture above. We thought it was just happening at Evolve, but it's happening everywhere, across CrossFit gyms all over the world. It's important for all of you to take a moment and put yourself in their place. Think about how it feels. Does it feel good? No it doesn't. It's not too late, we've only lost a few. But you have to comit to it right now. Say it out loud: " I will no longer thoughtlessly abuse the tens." If we all come together we can make a difference.
