A little twist on Saturday…
Today's WOD is going to be a little different! A huge thanks to Dave D who came up with this WOD, no doubt inspired by the chipper WOD at the Turkey Challenge this year (thanks Dave!!!). For today, athletes will move from movement to movement chipper-style. You'll have 45 seconds of work at each station with 15 seconds to transition between movements. During the WOD you'll carry a score card with you that has a spot for you to write the total reps completed at each station.
Once you're done, there will be a little math for you to complete. For some movements, each rep will count as one point. A few movements are weighed more heavily where reps will count for 2 points. There are also age and gender factors that will be incorporated. More details will be provided tomorrow. Here's the WOD:
