A little something different today….

First we'll hit 3 stations of work. Each station will be test one of the three CrossFit fitness modalities. Each station will be 5:00 with 1:00 transition/rest between them.

Station 1: Row for max meters

Station 2: Max reps of squat snatch, 155#/110#

Station 3: Max reps box jumps, 34"/28"

Then the WOD….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Pull-over to bar-muscle-ups

20 Kettlebell thrusters, 55#/35#

30 Wall balls, 20#/14#
