12 Days of Christmas with a Barbell
With a barbell (95#/65#) perform the following sequence as the song is sung:
1 Deadlift
2 Hang Power Snatches
3 Front Squats
4 Shoulder Press
5 Back Squats
6 Push Presses
7 Thrusters
8 Squat Cleans
9 Push Jerks
10 Hang Power Cleans
11 Overhead Squats
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Remember that there's no afternoon WODs today! There will be a 9am, 10am, and open gym at 11am. We'll be running folks through the 12 Days of Christmas WOD during open gym time as well so if you want to throw it down and the 9 and 10 won't work, we'll see you at 11!
