I have really good news for you! You can now drink soda without any worries of negative consequences. Really! We've had it all wrong. All you have to do is go to the Coca-cola Work It Out Calculator! and figure out how to make your soda not-so-bad. It's really easy!

According the the calculator, if you drink a can of Coke, here's some ways to balance it out:

Play badminton for 24 minutes

Walk easy for 30 minutes (if you walk moderately, you only have to go for 29 minutes)

Yoga for 32 minutes

Spin class for 14 minutes

Awesome! They also give you a little tutorial on calories. See, if you balance the calories in (a can of Coke), with the calories out (I choose badminton!) it all works out in the end, no problem. Here's an important piece of information for you to keep in mind:

"People eat and drink many different things so no single food or beverage alone is responsible for people becoming overweight or obese."

You hear that? It's not the soda. We need to stop saying that soda is bad for you. In fact, it's kind of good for you:

"Sparkling drinks sweetened with sugar provide water for hydration and carbohydrate calories that the body can use as fuel for daily activities."

Next week the soda machine will be installed in the gym for you to get your "fuel for daily activities." Enjoy!
