What an awesome weekend! As you can see from the picture above, the Evolve crew was out in full force at the Turkey Challenge. From competitors to Evolve peeps coming down to support their friends, it was a great showing. Gino and I couldn't be more proud of those who threw down, and of those who came out to yell, cheer, and especially to the moms who wrangled the kids!! I'll write more about the event later this week, right now it's beer drinking time!
On that note, Jeff Smith (yes, the same who stood on the podium at the end of the weekend…hell yeah!) has organized another night out for the Evolve boys and girls who want to get together and watch Monday Night Football tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings at College and Harmony. Some folks will get there at 6:30 unless they're at oly night, and then it will be 7:30. See you there!

I’m surprised to see how poor his tequinche is considering he’s doing a video. FYI: I’m a former power lifter who’s recorded several competition lifts of more than double my weight no drugs. This guy leaves out several critical elements such as grip width and elbow shoulder blade positioning. Which might not be such a big deal if he at least demonstrated he knew what he was doing.
