Last year when Garcia was working on a programing cycle, he asked all the Evolve coaches to come up with a WOD they'd like everyone to do. He then named them after us. Needless to say myself, Gino, and Tybo were all VERY CAREFUL at work for the next few days….just in case. That being said, it was challenging to come up with a suitable WOD. Should it be all the stuff you love and is in your wheelhouse? Should it be a miserable run of your goats? I can't speak for everyone, but for me it was a challenge to come up with something cool for my day. I can program for months at a time no prob, but this assignment was way harder. In the end, it turned into a mix of some stuff I like and some stuff I effin' hate. Today you get to do it!
You're also going to get to take a crack at all the WODs the other coaches came up with…plus new ones from Jenna and Donnie. So at the end of the WOD, when you feel like crap and you're wondering what the hell just happened, be sure to thank the WOD namesake for the awesomeness you just went through!
