For the wall balls, you'll use slam balls today. No holes in the wall please. For the run, head out the door, around the front of the building to the electrical box between buildings, and back.

I just ate some bacon, and it was really good. Right now I have bacon on the mind, and I really don't have anything of quality to write about, but I have a couple of random bacon things I've been saving for the right time. I guess this is it. The pic above was sent to me by Todd because when this post was on the blog he could tell I was sad, so he emailed me that picture to make me feel better. It was nice of him, thanks Todd!
The flowchart below came from somewhere I don't remember, but it is a great guide for your decision making. There is scientific evicence that bacon will turn you into a true warrior. Go up to anyone you think is a true warrior and ask them if they eat bacon. They will say yes.
