As this cycle of programming comes to an end we're going to repeat the week of benchmark WODs that started it. We've never done this before so we're interested to see what happens. Why? Because work to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. This cycle had several specific goals. We had plenty if 1RM lifts during this time, and we can take a look at the PRs that were achieved and see where folks got better. By repeating the benchmark WODs we did 9 weeks ago, we'll get another opportunity to see where you improved.
As we did the first time through these WODs, the focus of the week will be the WODs themselves. We'll forgo strength and skill work this week. You'll have a good warm-up and plenty of time to work up to the loads that will be used. The goal is to give you every oppotunity to crush it. Hopefully you'll have a previous time for each of these WODs. Keep that time in mind, and beat it. Let's make all of your hard work pay off!
